What are the odds of a conviction of a 15 year old child sex crime?

After 15 years someone I know and four other girls are coming forward and wanting to press charges on a man for child molestation. Three of the girls were stepdaughters of the man and the other was another family member. They were all between the ages of 6-14 when they claim the molestation happened and it went on for years. There is no statute of limitations on these charges in this state. The only evidence they will have is personal testimony. Is it likely for a prosecutor to charge someone after all these years and even more for a jury to convict him?

There is no statue of limitation on first degree offenses. He better lawyer up.
