Part of an advertisement in the main student 'news'paper / magazine at the local university.

The ad was promoting Blackberry devices
(which apparently have something to do with how "hot" and "smart" people are)

I hope that my peers wouldn't find this talk about "hot"ness and "smart"ness appealing;
but the ad might have been based on market research (e.g. focus groups) in which actual university students were studied.
